Boiceville is at the northwestern end of Ulster County in the heart of the Catskill Mountains. Some of the best trout fishing in the nation happens in our streams and creeks. Our area is also host to New York City's water supply system of reservoirs, with Boiceville located at the western most end of the Ashokan Reservoir.
From NYC:
Take NYS Thruway north to exit 19 at Kingston. Upon exiting the Thruway, stay to your right and take State Route 28 west ((towards Pine Hill) for approximately 16.5 miles. Our Log Cabin Complex consists of a commercial building built with Lincoln Logs, and our "under construction" new model home. You will find us on the right hand side of the highway!
From Sullivan County and Pennsylvania:
Take Route 17 (Soon to be Interstate 86) to Route 209 at Wurtsboro. Take Route 209 North to the Kingston Exit, Route 28 west to Pine Hill. Stay on Route 28 west for approximately 16.5 miles, watch for us on the right.
From Delaware County and other points North and West:
Take Route 28 East and you will find us on the left side of the highway just after the large brick school, Onteora Junior/Senior High School. We are approximately 5 miles past the Hamlet of Phoenicia, and approximately 3 miles past the world's largest Kolideoscope at Emerson Place.
Model hours are normally Monday ~ Saturday with Evenings and Sundays by Appointment. Our hours often change due to outside appointments to walk some land, log home package deliveries, or our participation in Shows & Fairs. My voice mail will always let you know where we are, so it's best to call ahead. Please leave a message if I am not in and I will return your call as soon as possible.
